Organize Your Home Like a Professional Organizer
Learn how your community and NYC.gov can help you get your extra things to people in need, plus other earth-friendly solutions. Located at Word Up Community Bookshop, this three hour workshop will provide answers to your toughest questions about organizing your home and keeping it that way.
Attendees will boost their motivation, see their living spaces with fresh eyes and walk away with concrete knowledge of how to unload their extra stuff. There will be a short presentation, handouts and two main themes:
- Discussion on how to identify excess.
- Action steps to practice the 3 R's, (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) locally and using city services.
